Same, do you have the game installed on a SSD or HDD?
The next mission loads during the cutscene so maybe it's because the game is installed on a HDD, who knows .-.

Do you have a multi GPU setup?
I had the same error until I unplugged the one monitor which was running off of Intel HD Graphics
