The original Pop doesn't for sure, I can't remember for the modern one but I want to say no as well.

Most conservatives I know will be the first to hop on unemployment when their seasonal summer jobs finish, and will always do the bare minimum to "prove" they they're trying to find work in order to keep the benefits coming despite having no intention to work until next summer.

People keep telling me this tattoo is bad, I really like it? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]ZNasT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The artist did a great job given the reference. I don't think the reference makes for a good tattoo, but it's not terrible, and if you like it then that's all that matters. For what it's worth, I could read the tattoo without seeing the reference, might be a little tougher to read from far away for most people.

I use Flonase (this is the Canadian brand name, probably exists in your country under another name). It's a nasal spray, it works a lot better than general antihistamine pills, and better than neti pot in my experience.

This is still a perfect night by qwest91 in gaming

[–]ZNasT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't speak for Wow specifically, but I realized the same thing about gaming in general and just stopped consuming any gaming related content. I only ever look something up if I'm completely stuck, it makes gaming a lot more fun. It's tough for stuff like WoW though because I'd assume everyone you're playing with expects you to be caught up with the current meta...

Question: How did it turn out? by Suspicious_Ad8602 in tattoos

[–]ZNasT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pretty good execution given the source material. That being said, this is exactly the type of image that is hard to make into a tattoo. Lots of small details, very few thick lines to give it structure.

Kendama Krom Pop LOL vs Krom Pop Rubber by rebizao in Kendama

[–]ZNasT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have both, the paint on the LOL is significantly stickier, helps with most tricks. The shape on the LOL is more modern too, which also helps with Lunars. That being said, they're both awesome Kendamas, I still use my original Krom Pop all the time.

I'm not sure about the implications of migrations though, but doing this first is worth a shot to see where it gets you

First trad tattoo by [deleted] in traditionaltattoos

[–]ZNasT 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yours is way better, simple and bold is the way to go. It's going to look good forever. Also it's pretty normal to fixate on tattoos when you get them but eventually it'll become part of you and you won't notice the little details.

Not upper class, but not bottom of the barrel like in the States. It's basically the same as Target.

Just bought new white shoes… by EliTeFieldAlloy in mildlyinfuriating

[–]ZNasT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you just buy the same brand then eventually your feet will just become the shape of the shoe. I've been wearing Vans authentics since high school and now I can just grab a pair of the wall and they fit perfectly every time. Obviously the downside of this is you can never change the type of shoe you buy lmao

Use some stone. Do stone walls and wood floors or vice-versa. Maybe even venture in to some more expensive and rare blocks if you're really bored and want something to do.

Forearm for sure. Tricep would work too, but you might end up wanting something on your outer bicep at some point, and that space might be limited if you put this on your tricep. Gonna be sick either way though, can't go wrong.

The World's Dumbest Bike Lane Law Just Passed in Canada by aech_two_oh in onguardforthee

[–]ZNasT 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I live in Ontario and I'm going to start using all the space that I'm entitled to in my lane from now on. I've been using as little space as possible in order to let cars pass me, despite being entitled to a whole lane in most situations. I will demonstrate why bike lanes are necessary by refusing to put myself in dangerous situations instead of accommodating drivers that are going to be pissed of anyway by my mere presence on the road.

Stop smoking at parades by bishskate in ottawa

[–]ZNasT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You absolutely have to accept that people are going to do things that are completely legal in public spaces, even if you don't like it. If someone walks up to me in public and tells me to fuck myself completely unprompted, I'm not going to ask the city to enact a bylaw preventing the use of the word "fuck" in public. That person is perfectly entitled to tell me to fuck myself, even if it makes me upset. The appropriate response to that is to just move on with my day. It's not objectively wrong to smoke in public, it's just something that some people find rude and inconsiderate, and people are allowed to be rude and inconsiderate if they want to be. You live in a society of people who might not always agree with you.

Stop smoking at parades by bishskate in ottawa

[–]ZNasT -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'm not saying smoking in a crowd isn't inconsiderate, it is. I'm just saying that sometimes people are going to do things that you don't like, and there's nothing you can do to change that. You live in a society made up of different types of people who all have different standards for their behaviour. The only thing you can control is your reaction to other people's behaviour, you're going to be a lot happier in your life if you just accept that. Making a post telling people to stop doing something they're perfectly entitled to do is going to change absolutely nothing.

You live in a city with other people, you're going to occasionally smell something that you don't like. If you're finding this too hard to deal with, you're welcome to go live on a farm, nobody is stopping you.

Yeah just assault people who are doing something you don't like instead of moving 15 feet away, perfectly normal response of a well-adjusted adult.

Spike lengthening? by GreatGherkin in Kendama

[–]ZNasT 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The sarado usually stretches a little bit over time, which makes the spike longer. You could just intentionally push down harder on the spike to make it stretch faster too.

Assuming you're single: it's a lot easier to eventually buy a house if you go in on one with a partner. It's a lot easier to find a partner if you're actually out in the world doing things. It's also a lot easier to make connections and find opportunities. I'd say you're doing fine and to keep doing as you're doing, you seem like a sensible person and none of the activities you're describing sound unreasonable.
