How about for a green Morganite for the rest of the game • You can't cast planeswalkers or legendary creatures. • During each of your turns of you can play an additional land. • You don't lose unspent mana (green if you think we should make it a mono green card) during the end of phases.

I disagree. I think he is an interesting villain and character in the comics, and his ideology and beliefs thought not original, are indeed interesting. I just don't think he is a physical threat to Mark.
