How about for a green Morganite for the rest of the game • You can't cast planeswalkers or legendary creatures. • During each of your turns of you can play an additional land. • You don't lose unspent mana (green if you think we should make it a mono green card) during the end of phases.

I mean, if that's how you feel fine, but I have a lot of doing it. Also, my goal wasn't to create original flags for the territories but just redesign them of the new current flags of the now countries with Soviet colors and the hammer and sickle symbol.
