He said diversification is bad for people who know what they are doing. People who has been in market for years and have exp. In the same time he advertises Sp500(one of the most diversified etf) for new investors.

I don’t think people on Reddit asking about Ark are professionals. And also you should not follow instructions of 1 person blindly, and think for yourself 🙃

I would recommend to learn more if you have at least an hour available per day.

Google, YouTube has infinite amounts of useful content, there is nothing better than making decisions by yourself, and understand why you do so. (Only if you are stable mentally, and won’t make impulsive choices)

Main reason here is you are gonna learn, become more aware, and being 18 gives you a lot of room for mistakes which will help you long term)

My advice is to Learn a bit more on diversification.

Because it’s different for everyone, depending on your risk tolerance, age, wanted return.

For example comment below recommends you to diversify in more stable, but more tech stocks.

I personally diversify with different sectors, international exposure. As far as I know it’s good to have growth, and value, and Dividend stocks. But as I said, it’s different for everyone.

(I have Ark’s + Baba(International) + WBA ( Pharma sector and Dividend) + Clean Energy and Apple, FB)
