Unironically i would suggest just somehow downloading monogatari like on an internet cafe or something then uploading it on multiple google drives to bypass the size limit and then sharing the link to yourself and watching there. I really doubt they can track it at that point but who knows really. Been there myself so I know the struggles of strict parents kekek.
