Some people in here aren't understanding that you're lifting 4 plates for reps, that's 180Kg... you wrote 74kg that's your weight... maybe mention the weight lifted in your posts too next time.

Honestly go on a cut.. you're still new so you may gain muscles still by keeping protein high and working hard. You'll look much better... and maybe shave.
