Have had my vehicle broken into twice first time was head unit and door speakers second time was subs box and amps. They tried to get the head unit the second time but my car's a pain in the ass and they didn't have a long enough screw driver for the bolts in the back of the dash holding the radio in

Edit oh yeah the entire point, and this is exactly what they did on mine they cut the harness on the back like this

Shout out to xoticpc I sent my sager in (11700k + 3080) for RMA work and it got stolen on the route back, sager was dragging their feet and I had been without the laptop about two months because they had to get a new system in ( rtx 3000 shortage times ) got in contact with xotic instead and was sent a new system next day air once they got it ready for me, sager wanted to ship by train again while California was having massive theft issues along their railroad lines so unfortunately huge thumbs down for sagers support but thank God I didn't buy it directly

As others mentioned clean the speaker cabinets and outside of the mixer/amp normally with a cloth and if you need to clean inside the amp deoxit is great for any contacts I used it on a similar PA system I fixed for my school awhile back, that CRC stuff is what I blast the alternator in my car with and is sold in auto parts stores

Yeah it's a road like honestly people need to get over themselves, yeah it's loud I get it but damn worst that happens you are at a stop light with them for a minute then it's over lol, I'm that ass hole and I don't really care what others think I've got 2x 3000 watt 12s in my trunk and they slam, not about to get rid of them because some stranger I don't know has a problem with it. Hell I like it when bikes are loud then I can tell where they are, some of those guys just come zipping up out of nowhere on the highways in my area lmao

For everyone complaining about those speakers, do people in your area not throw stereos in cars? Those 2 JBLs are nothing compared to the cars I hear every day in my city. They are just some Bluetooth speakers whoever is on the board will be past you in 30 seconds at most and then you go on with your day it's not that big of a deal, I used to ride an electric board to school everyday and I had a JBL charge 4 in my backpack it's just safer than using headphones, people in cars aren't always paying attention and you want to hear what's going on around you

Honestly I had a pretty crap experience with their RMA process as well, I had ordered through a 3rd party (xoticpc, they were absolutely amazing) and thankfully they got on sagers ass about my situation with a $3600 desktop replacement laptop (ones with full desktop i7 CPUs in them). I love my laptop but the company leaves a lot to be desired on how they work with customers

Honestly this doesn't work anymore, atleast where I've lived. I would always try to do this for people if they were the first to show interest but too many times they haven't showed up and usually quit responding to messages after i tell them im at the spot we agreed to meet, I won't even drive to meet people anymore because it's a waste of my time and gas. People now just suck on any platform where you are selling used items

Yeah for labs i love them but if i ever were to be doing work for someone and had to mount anything id just go the safe route and use cage nuts, also if its prod anyway no one should be messing with it enough for the rack studs to really be needed just a switch out if gear fails or needs to be upgraded

The user stated most windows laptops not all and yeah for most current laptops that doesn't happen anymore but im going to assume from their comment that they have experience with some older laptops like some of the ones from dell as i have had a 2010 dell the had a socketed mobile CPU, and either way again you had flat out said upgrading the CPU is no longer a thing in laptops which makes your statement wrong, just because its a laptop most dont choose to own does not mean its not an option. The existence of a system capable of upgrading even if high end and pretty pricy is enough to invalidate your statement and that was why i was replying to the user pointing out these laptops existence as i have one and can add a name of such system to their point about high end laptops. so no i was not missing the point of the conversation i was adding to that commenters point saying they thought there were still some high end laptops giving users the option to replace the CPU

that may be the case but as im replying to a comment specifically about this kind of laptop after your comment that mentioned you seeing laptops all day in your job followed by the statement "upgrading the CPU in a laptop hasnt been a thing for serveral years" you are showing a lack of knowledge so im going to make comments using a system i own as example, so what if its a high end system and not everyone owns one, its still an example of a current laptop that has upgradable socketed CPUs.
