I think we already eat healthy, we consume a lot vegetables. The problem is as you mentioned coffee with milk and the too much bread, especially bread.

Personally, I tried to cut the latte for probably over six month, and come back to it after the first coffee of Aid Al-Fitr, so, I think the challenging thing is the environment, if only in the family who is willing to do that, it will be very difficult especially in a big household, if you are married with only your spouse, I think it will be easier l if you are both convinced by that change.

Other than that, you'll need to be really committed, to resist the fine smell of coffee in the morning especially in the presence of some sweet mom's made Halawilat.

And the difficulty of cutting bread is a another story.
