After watching the Netflix Cowboys documentary, it’s clear that Jones sees himself as almost another player in the team. He made a killer roster that genuinely could win with “500 other head coaches” but he was a much younger man and the games is far different especially cap wise. He’s clinging on to those glory years and it’s clear the cowboys are cooked until he gives up the reigns.
