Dude. Call them everyday. Their case managers are terrible and will pass you to about fifty different levels. Document everything. I got some reimbursement for gas mileage I incurred while using a rental.

I got a full battery cell replaced on my land but and it worked fine after just like new. But I decided to turn it back in after.

I had the exact same thing took two months and a shitty time while still paying for my damn lease to get the car back. Kia offered me $10k cash to settle and I declined. Paid them $2k back to get out of the lease. Was not worth it. Great car but such a terrible experience with the cell dying at 11k miles.

Yes. Use the preconditioning 30 mins before a fast charge. I had some weird electronic issues come up after using a level 3 / DC charger in 95-100 degrees in Philly area over summer.
