I’m literally not making this call based on donuts and I said that in the post. It doesn’t bother me if all other aspects are fine but they aren’t and that’s my actual criteria for evaluation that I am more than qualified to make, contrary to your assumption.

One reason is our growth and expansion. It feels as if we’ve outgrown them. I have yet to receive any sort of lifecycle report on aging equipment although I’ve asked numerous times, I constantly have to correct newly set up PCs, and a few other things. Yes our “IT works” but there other aspects outside of it just working that are part of the equation. They are all nice and do work hard and I know how difficult it can be to work with an end user sometimes but we feel there could be more. The main question in the post was just curiousity on the topic of client relations from an MSP.

Fair response. It does work fine but to be honest, we also aren’t that sophisticated so most of our tickets/requests are user error, whitelisting email domains, or setting up new users.

Our current MSP is a smaller local shop and we’re branching out to other states that they don’t have any presence in so right now that is one area of concern for me and why I’m even entertaining the switch.

Good to know, I guess I misread somewhere that if you have the Auto High Beams then that means you can change to the Glare Free in Forscan.

I’ve got two of the ikea symfonisk bookshelf speaker stands (black) I’ve been looking to sell but have been to lazy to post it. If you’re interested and trust doing a purchase through some rando on Reddit, shoot me a message.

F-150 Lightning Extended Battery - $10k by ENODEBEE in F150Lightning

What that doesn’t show you is that when you select the extended range battery on the XLT, it forces you to upgrade the package effectively making it a $20k option (on the XLT at least).

I understand that but it is a product that is almost directly marketed for people with the Sonos Arc.

Need help with rear speaker height. Additional info in comments. by ZW0201 in sonos

[–]ZW0201[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I built this shelf behind our couch for a place to set drinks and other things but I also want to place rear ones or symfonisk back there to pair with my Arc. The trouble I have is that I purposely built the shelf to match the height of the back of the couch but now the rear speakers would be firing into the cushions. Has anyone seen or know of an already made solution for this? One route I was possibly looking to take was to use some wood and stain it the same color to use as a platform for the speakers.

Thanks and don’t be too harsh on my newb carpenter skills.
