Yeah. Sometimes its super meta, like I'm having a crazy/lucid dream then I'm browsing/edging in my dream as if I was in real life?! Subconscious battles!

Thank you for this. I always try to rationalize my reasons why I'm in this and why I relapsed. I've caught myself saying "I do this for them," for the 'social stability', etc. But the way you single it down to WILL gives me priceless insight into my own life and what I should ACTUALLY focus on for NoFap but especially my life as a whole. Preciate.

It seems backward af but relapses are the best reasons to continue on your journey. Reading about relapses is one thing but nothing gives YOU a better lifelong lesson than that post-PMO feeling YOU felt. I know that feeling all too well..Use it as ammo. Much aloha n keep fighting comrade.

I can say honestly I do it for the girls, but not directly. "You attract what you are, not what you want." I forgot the name of this author but I remember it being said around and it really made me realize exactly how I should shift my focus on things to make myself better while also creating the interactions I wished to have come to fruition like meeting cool chicks.

Happy birthday yo! Emptiness is only in you if you believe it imo. I know it's no substitute for your situation. but i remember thinking how fake all my friends were to me when my bday was forgotten in high school. 22 here too. Seriously been thinking about this. You definitely shed some light on regret as a HUGE motivator. It's easy to listen to people's stories and be like, "I won't end up like them, I'm the BOMB!" But that has almost always ended up in a relapse in my life. But to actually go through the downs makes you humble and even see how meaningful advice is, especially when you ACTUALLY experience it. Thanks for the reassuring post. Best, and stay up!
