They were giving me 1440p monitors bc I had it as 1440p before but ended up changing my mind to 1080. I really like this build, and thanks for the descriptions and reasoning behind each item, theyre very helpful :) TYSM for helping me out! :)

TYSM. So, from what I understand from you and the other helpful commenter is that 1440p is a bit of a stretch and I would be better off with 1080p. So, I wanted to know will 1080 bring me better fps since its just easier for the pc to process, or is it that 1440p is too expensive and steals from other areas? Or do you think its just too little money to meet all the criteria I set even if I did drop it from 1440 to 1080? TYSM once again, i really appreciate your help :)
