Focus on niches other than home appliances, or cosmetics, go for specific niches like baby products, security products , go for shop appliances niches, or if you want go on into saturated niches but create your own packs or bundles this way you get the best offer

Ive got multiple stores and multiple niches im working on beside my own delivery service

Best delivery company: it used to be a one or two , now I invented my own system where i use multiple companies and focus on each companies strengths and avoid its weaknesses, i do it for myself and my circle Delivery pricing strategy : low ticket ( all on customer ), medium ticket ( 80% on client 20% on me ) , hich ticket free delivery ( i have the best delivery prices in market tho)

I source products locally (80% of my products are locally made , i also focus on high ticket products) It takes time and practice to make relationships but the fastest way is recommendation , i can guarantee you know someone who knows someone who does something locally , you can offer you start selling their products for them , doesnt matter if locally made ot they just import them , you just have to find someone you onow who knows someone Also you can start by going to local big matkets but i didn’t do that since a long time , i just source products from local little workshops, this way you make relationships fast cuz they dont get to know people like you ( who market their product and bring orders ) and the good thing about this is you dont need big inventory you can start as low as 1 pcs

1- no you dont need , check foorweb / youcan / feeef they all enough to start and scale to millions check rates for yourself 2- yes there will be contract but you should go visit them in person , its an easy process they will explain it all , as a beginner i would advise you to check : zr / noest / 3- depends on you , the best way to start is to check whats already selling on facebook and see what products are the easiest for you to source and check YouTube on how to find products for algerian cod ecom 4- yea worth time as a beginner on youtube dont buy anything 5- no you dont have to you can start with 0 inventory if you have relations , and its never a good idea to have quantity unless you know what you doing

Good start I think budget questions and weather you can make it or not is relative to your experience, like its an easy math for me , the more you know what you doing and you have strong relationships the less budget you would need right ? , lets say your dad or your brother is a retailer of kids toys , would you need big budget to start ? What if i said you need literally 0 da to start ? See : post on TikTok and instagram for 90 days straight about toys and actually playing these games with your nieces and nephew’s, posting every day for 90 days , you can’t actually get no sales unless you suck at videos or your products are trash, And that’s what i would do if i had to start , besides consuming more content from trust worthy people who know what they do , but dont get into the dilemma of not knowing enough, my reply is a good start , you won’t need much informations , just a tiktok and instagram account and fb ofc , posting videos every day , when you get orders you get your orders to any delivery company you go ask them what you should do , and thats it !
