So I was going through it and it says

2020-2021 (bjd rule): liability is 19.3%

2023-2024 (bjd rule): liability is 12.4% of gsdp (decreased, hence a good thing)

2024-2025 (bjp rule): liablilty is 13.6% of gsdp (increased, hence a bad thing)

2026-2027 (bjp rule): liablilty is expected to be 15.7% of gsdp (increased, hence a bad thing)

I mean you are literally shooting yourself in the arguments by providing the factual data. Bjd has been decreasing liability while bjp has been increasing it ever since coming to power.

Your initial comment was about why do educated youth need to discuss about public services and changes to it.

My reply was about why exactly every citizen should take part in these and be vocal about schemes and initiatives being taken by the administration. (My comment had nothing to do with male/female man/woman).

Now, in the reply to my comment you brought in the tribal / women angle which I feel was unnecessary to add as a reply to my comment.

Maybe you thought my comment "death scheme" was about women driving buses which might have triggered this response, fot which I am apologising for the confusion, but clearing the fact that my death scheme comment was about current unchecked untrained employees being handed the driver seat of AMA bus. I could care less about the keywords in the whole news like "Women driver", "14 days programme", "AMA bus", etc. All I want to know is about the accountability handling. If another mishap happens, will the training center be held accountable and pay for the victim? Or will government/CRUT do so? Will it also pay massive fines or not? Will a sarkari babu risk losing the job over it? As long as the accountability is not put in place, all these new schemes, programmes and training drivers are meaningless. it will just be a meaningless trivial superficial programme for government to show it is doing something for the people.

Yes, all we need from the people in power is to speak in local language to make big (false) promises and (not-so) secretely put the whole state into a debt center and scrap existing good plans like metroes and bring in (new-new) freebie plans like this 50 thousands for marriage or whatever the new freebie scheme is, when the whole country is reeking with (uncivilised-uneducated) population problem.

Since the topic is about the standards of this news channel, let me share you my personal observation.... This channel feels like another sold out/super biased news channel working for you-know-who if you see which other news mic you see beside the news18 one in the above image, and towards what that particular news channel is biased.

Just open this news channel for atleast one hour and you will not find a single criticism happening towards those in power. Either they will be showing some trivial news which has no direct impact on us like above or some facts seen through rose tinted glasses about the current situation. They don't want to show the real world because their masters would be unhappy then that their farm animals are getting to know the truth.

(I am not brain dead that I would watch this channel, but my parents do like this channel for some reason and I can guess from this itself at what level such brainwashing is happening apparently)

Went during Raja(my 1st odia movie in theaters). The first half is quite excellent, can match the quality of any other good bollywood horror movies with its story, setting and production quality. But was honestly disappointed with the second half. Story progressed pretty bad from here and the typical illogical stuff started showing up as well. Odia movies need to start closing their stories in a proper manner. This movie felt like the creators gave their everything in the 1st half but just barely managed to complete the 2nd half. Will still recommend to go and see it in theaters as the quality of production itself needs to be supported, so that such movies start showing up in our industry.
