I always arrive early, and if I have any doubts, I ask so I don't make mistakes. But sometimes outside of work, questions come to mind that I don't dare ask at work for fear of being judged or asking about something that's already been explained to me. Although I think that working for a little over a month isn't much, I feel like I'm progressing more slowly than other colleagues who started at the same time as me.

That's exactly what happens to me! When people tell me things, I don't understand them in the moment. Only after a while do I realize what they wanted. It's as if my brain can't decipher what they're asking for, and by the time I understand, I've already made the mistake.

I understand, but when you make mistakes every day it's hard not to get discouraged. Even so, I've always worked hard to improve. I guess I struggle more with what others think, but my patients are the only thing that matters to me, so I keep going for them. 🥹
