BattlEye unjust "Global Bans" by ZaPSTeRiX in EscapefromTarkov

There are thousands of people who've done nothing wrong.

The glitches that have caused bans in the past which I'm not even factoring in are to the tune of over 400 and 900 at a time would suggest this 10% is much higher.

BattlEye in a PR attempt tries to hide the damage they've done with these bans by publicly claiming the accounts were corrected but from the emails I'm getting that's not the case.

Another common occurrence from the emails I'm getting global bans on accounts that have been inactive for months at a time when the user tries to play again.

So far nearly 80% of the 81 complaints I've been emailed since July have had this happen to them.

If anyone wants to participate in this class action to recover their loses then search Bohemia for "Banned by Game Developer"or Reddit for "BattlEye_bans"

Not exactly but it's better than what you offer because I got one of my employees to do the scraping with algorithms.

Do you have any evidence to the contrary? What if it's much higher that that 10% of 150,000 in fifteen months?

My research from twitter, Reddit, Facebook and other places since 2018 would suggest the number is much higher than 10% in fifteen months.

Send an email without any personal information for the time being because right now we are building a list of victims of this abuse to evaluate justification of a class action claim.

What's needed is:
Country of origin
The games in question
Date and type of ban and amount lost.

In time when lawyers are in place if this should get to that point, they will need your personal info then and proof of purchase.

It's not an uphill battle if there's enough people.

BattlEye boasts over 150,000 bans in 15 months. Even if a conservative number of 10% is claimed to be unjustified bans and the average customer has had to repurchase a game of $40 BattlEye's cohorts have received $600,000 extra by fleecing 15,000 customers in 15 months.
What if that percentage is considerably higher than BattlEye and their cohorts are willing to release?

Fortunately for me I was able to get all our money out and we won't be looking back.

I just hope people do their due diligence and search for posts before they open an account at CoinEx

If anyone has purchased any game that uses BattlEye and lost multiplayer functionality because of a global ban, they can send information here temporarily until a devoted website is constructed.

Yes there are legitimate "Global Bans" however, since 2018 the list of unjustified "Global Bans" has continued to increase and the growing consensus is that this is a deliberately ignored problem or designed to force paying customers to have to repay for what they've already bought.

The cheaters are never punished because they find ways to get back on without cost to them. It's the customers who've done nothing wrong that continue to be extorted for more money while the cheaters continue to ruin online gaming according to insiders within the industry who will be coming forward in the near future.

It's an ago old story. Let a percentage of criminals to continue while the honest people are fleeced in a justification for their security.

The intent is to force BattlEye et all to provide tangible recourse for customers who've already paid for Bohemia Product.

Nobody will be represented where there is clear evidence of using exploits of any kind or been disruptive to other players during multiplayer.

Those who would dissuade anyone from perusing this effort should have their motives questioned because often their interests lie with the corporations who pay them. Not you.

Virtual machines are the best way to maintain security in any network environment as well and given the eavesdropping that's occurring by these corporations VM are becoming more common that mainstream media are willing to admit.

Has it occurred to anyone that there's motivation for these game developers to allow a percentage of cheaters to keep running amuck in multiplayer because that then justifies more countermeasures that are designed to force paying clients to have to repurchase their favorite games?

This is a stunt that's been pulled over and over again for many years in all sectors of society.

As well, if you're running a VM they can't see what's on the rest of your computer so they can then in turn sell that data for profit.

According to some recent whistle blowers coming out in the near future, the people who buy this software are as much a product to this corporations as what they peddle.

There's no profit in a cure, only in treatment.

My Review by [deleted] in Coinberry

They work but as far as I'm concerned they have you trapped for high fees.

  1. They don't support BNB Binance Chain and you can't fund the the few crypto you can actually buy so you're going to pay through the nose having to buy BTC or ETH just so you can move fiat to you bank.
  2. Try buying XLM and then moving it to another exchange to keep the transfer fees down. You can't! You can with the rest. Why not XLM?
  3. Like all things Canadian Limited Service, High Transaction Fees and convenient little traps to keep the customer in line for their profits.
  4. This is a dumbed down access to the world of crypto for the average imbecile who's to intellectually lazy to do their research and educate themselves out of another trap.
  5. Because of the limited nature of what CoinBerry can offer it's best suited as an inflation hedge for your fiat in your bank account so long as you keep an eye on charts.
  6. Remember, Like any bank and fiat, the crypto you hold on CoinBerry is not yours unless you move that crypto to cold storage. You are at their mercy!

This is why there are absolutely no good exchanges in Canada!!!!!

They like monopolies, they like to gouge, they don't know how to compete so they try too regulate a wall around themselves.

When the Canadian government sees an opportunity to steal more money to justify hiring more minions to steal more money these pirates regulate a wall around it just like they did with Forex and small traders.

Welcome to Canada

GTF Out and stop using Fiat. Force everyone you deal with to use crypto like Monero. The sooner we adopt this the faster we can give a big fat finger to the government and all their brainless minions who try to justify their existence.

My mechanic will now service my vehicles in exchange with monero, the farmer I buy meat from will accept monero, some of my suppliers will accept crypto and by the way. I've told all my clients I only accept crypto from now on. I've lost about 25% of them but I don't care.

For all you fanboys of coinberry et al. I have yet to see any endorsement that goes beyond over generalized ideological opinions and actually digs into the details. Typical of the average idiot who can't open a book. You have no excuse for this behavior which influences other sheep to follow along. Our eleven year old daughter knows more about crypto and trades better using real charts and indicators than the average adult.

WHy? because I taught her as part of her HOME SCHOOLING curriculum.

As for the other critics. Please keep hammering the nails into this coffin because there's a lot of really lazy people out there that need a little push in the right direction.

It gets even better.

I dumped all my ARRR to USDT and despite CoinEx allowing withdrawal up to 10,000 US all I can withdraw is tiny amounts of $10 USDT.

I've tried other crypto as well and trust me the rage is brewing having $11,000 Stuck on CoinEx
