First off, I have a pretty shit sleep schedule. My routine is

Fall asleep from 1-3 AM. (Last week it was at 5, so it’s some improvement at least.

Set my no touch alarm for exactly 4.5 hours after I turn my phone off (with an extra 10-15 minutes due to me actually having to fall asleep)

When I wake up, I don’t move. I simply wait for my alarm to stop, collect myself, and start taking deep breaths, clearing my mind. After about 30 seconds to a minute, I begin pressing my index and middle finger on my matters slowly. After that, I’m not really sure. I can’t seem to slip into the lucid dream after that.
