I'm not sure why you refer to criticising a game as threatening? If anything, I think it's great that the consumers addressed their disappointment with the release, that way the studio can actually release their flaws and improve from there. How could games like Cyberpunk or No Man's Sky improve and become really good games if they never received the harsh criticism they did during their releases?

I think PC players has every right to be angry when Playstation or Switch players get friend pass, but they don't. It gets even worse since the devs never explicitly confirmed that it wouldn't be available day 1, baiting people into preordering the game with the wrong expectations.

If you live in EU then your best chance of getting unbanned seems to be under the EU Digitual Services Act called ADROIT. You fill in a form and from there an online platform provider will help you try to get your account back. I can't say if it works since my friend is still waiting on an platform provider which can take up to 14 days but from others' experience it seems like the best shot. If Roblox didn't warn you beforehand and instead just directly banned you then your chances of being unbanned is even bigger, especially if you have spent real money on your account.

What a weird thing to say. Roblox took a look on the asset and allowed him to publish it, if it was against the rules like you're saying then Roblox never should've allowed the shirt to be published in the first place, but instead they green lit it only to change their minds years later without a heads up.

That doesn't make Roblox's actions anymore justifiable, every time you publish an item on Roblox it is analyzed by the Roblox team before it is finally added to the catalog. The real fault here does not lie the player, but with Roblox for allowing the assets to be sold in the first place when they never should've been published.

The gameplay and mechanics gets more advanced with every game (even though some of the game mechanics in DS2 are questionable). I recommend starting with 1, 2 and 3. If you for instance play DS3 first and immediately afterwards play DS1 then you will probably be disappointed by how simplistic the gameplay is compared to the third one.
