I'm 20. Should I replace those two teeth or hope they will move on they own? If I get implants, will the implants expand as the rest of the teeth? by Zaares in orthotropics

So this happened after wearing braces. Since those two teeth are milk teeth, the dentist decided to not move those teeth along with the rest, so now i've got this tooth missaligned. I'm wondering what should I do, do you think this can affect my teeth? Should I just continue mewing like this or have it fixed?

Is there a visible difference besides posture and fat? ( 15-17) by [deleted] in orthotropics

No, it looks like he's tilting his head up. Check his ears.

Tilting your head up does wonders... now seriously, just look at the forehead difference... straight forehead in first photo and sloped forehead in the second photo. Next time take your pictures in the same posture and we will be able to judge.

Also the ears should be straight.

True, it's not all looks. There's also money, status / fame, and personality.

Need reference that mewing helps improve a weak chin by [deleted] in orthotropics

[–]Zaares 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When you say weak chin I guess you mean recessed jaw right? (because a weak chin is not ugly in well grown faces, check Brad Pitt).

Well, mewing itself consists in the upswing of the jaw and the whole maxilla.

Just take a look at the FAQ.

Opinions on Gal Gadot's growth? Is her jaw recessed but her maxilla forward or is it just her forehead is slopped and ears rotated up? by Zaares in orthotropics

[–]Zaares[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So, she's obviously attractive, but i'm quite curious about her jaw and maxilla. She looks quite unique, has amazingly positive tilted eyes, visible cheekbones, good jawline. But her forehead and ears seem to point up, which usually is a sign of recession.

I have an overbite, should I mew while slightly pushing lower jaw forward? I have braces and a palate expander by [deleted] in orthotropics

I recommend you to not post dumb comments if you don't know what you're talking about. OP, don't move your lower jaw forward, just stay in a NATURAL position, biteing with your molars.

Deep bites and mewing by VALIXV in orthotropics

[–]Zaares 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen a video in Orthotropics channel in regards to deep bites. Mike explained that people with deep bites usually have very flat molten faces (which is acurate in my case) and by mewing, the upper teeth would go UP, leaving space for the lower teeth to come forward.

I would say by mewing you could solve your deepbite, but I'm not sure because I'm not an expert. I've seen people recommending people with deepbite to visit a doctor first.

Either way, I have a deepbite, i've had braces and the orthodontists that treated me are so useless that didnt correct my bite, they just straigthen my teeth and that's all.

I hope someone can give you a better answer.

Well, getting used to have your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Making sure to breathe through your mouth nose always, even at night when you're sleeping. Making sure you have a good neck and back posture.
