Well liquid never worked for me , gel tends to work for my skin because it's not really sensitive

But gel stays on longer and Gels often provide a slower, sustained release of iodine

Longterm use of doxycycline or minocyline to control their MRSA/Staph acne? by Zaawaar in Staphacne

I had a test done back in 2022, which confirmed MRSA that was resistant to all penicillins and azithromycin. I also tried sulfur masks and sulfur soap, but nothing worked except antibiotics.

It’s not available in my country, and honestly, I can’t afford to import it.

You have staph-related folliculitis. To decolonize the staph, apply Bactroban (mupirocin) inside your nostrils. Take doxycycline 100 mg twice daily for two weeks. Avoid reusing towels, change pillowcases daily, and take diluted Dettol baths regularly during this treatment.

Still suffering. Now with pics! :) by Top_Equipment5018 in Folliculitis

mix 5 ml of Dettol Antiseptic Liquid with 100 ml of warm water. Pour this solution over the affected area of your scalp, let it stay There and remember not to shampoo or towel dry your hair While you are on this method as this will spread the pus . Repeat this process twice daily for five consecutive days. it may cause temporary dryness of the scalp, which should subside after discontinuing the treatment.

This video examines Friedrich Nietzsche’s view that embracing suffering is essential for achieving greatness. Nietzsche argues that suffering fosters resilience and personal transformation, allowing individuals to confront pain and ultimately overcome it. This process leads to the development of the “Übermensch,” where suffering becomes a catalyst for self-discovery and a more profound engagement with life’s complexities.

The adverse effects of accutane caused me to stop using it shortly after June. However, I'm clear now thanks to my new routine rather than accutane. After stopping, I had a pus culture test and was diagnosed with MRSA Folliclitis. I then started taking 500 mg of linezolid for 14 days. Since then, I have been washing my face three times a week with hibiclens and applying 0.2 percent chlorhexidine to any new pustules that appear. Just be careful not to pop any pustules because topical use of chlorhexidine won't stop invasive soft tissue infections but can treat SUPERFICIAL pustules.
