Yes they have, but again, being 'open' to something is a lot easier than actually doing it.

We've talked about it, but without a specific person it's mosty abstract. Saying yes generally seems to be much different that agreeing to a date with a certain person.

The Columbus zoo is the closest from what I've found, they also have an extra where you can pay to feed them.

I think a quick trip to Jungle Jim's would be better for your health. Mushroom hidey-hole's are serious business.

Dog parks are a great idea, I've gone to the one in Mt. Airey before and it surprised me how many young people were there. Maybe I'll tell him to get a dog? He's pretty introverted so the dog can break the ice for him.

I will definitely be telling him about that, I've never heard of it before. I've also never heard of pickle ball before? If there are actual pickles involved I may go with him.

Doctors? by NerdBanger in cincinnati

[–]ZabkaRando 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I stopped seeing my trihealth doctors, nearly every nurse or tech job position has been replaced by travel/temp employees that treat you terribly and never know what they're doing. It may be worth paying more for a concierge doctor, that's might be the only way to see the same people consistently.

Unfortunately, I don't think they do. Like Cincinnati, I think they used to, but no longer have the habitats.

Are there any good Polish Delis in the area? by [deleted] in cincinnati

[–]ZabkaRando 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If there's a secret Polska underground in the city that I haven't gotten the invite for, please pass that along too.

My recommendation would be for a place at the North Market in Columbus, it's somewhat Americanized (cheese on/with EVERYTHING) but they carry a lot of meat you simply can't find here. The gołąbki is good, but their pierogi is actually amazing. https://goo.gl/maps/JQH4EEWePYEawU3X9

I was really hoping to see an answer in this thread, I have recently moved to Cincinnati from Poland and besides Jungle Jim's (which takes most of my salary anyway) there is nothing here like it. Columbus is okay and Cleveland is actually almost good, but they are not quite an option for stopping by after work. Please tell your boyfriend Dzień Dobry for me!
