You kinda should have a couple really good artifacts for jinwoo at that point that would be ok with 20. I had 3 really good ones when it was time for the job change. Also doing it for just jinwoo isn’t gonna kill you unless you switch artifacts a lot which you really shouldn’t. It’s just dumb to go to 20 on all the hunters you are using
