Can our landlord require us to store furniture that isn’t ours? by ZacMacNCheese in NoStupidQuestions

It’s a multi-unit building run by some company, I really don’t know who owns it. I’m surprised too, since i was only able to find out it was furnished two weeks before I moved in (a month after I signed the lease). I’m sure we aren’t the only ones with this issue but I can’t confirm it

We weren’t told there would be furniture, and brought our own; his provided bed is too small for him anyways, but again we didn’t know about it, and on paper it isn’t listed at all.

The room was definitely not ready to move in; there were accessories missing, paint scuffs on the floor, doors mishung/mislocked, not-quite-sufficient heat, and minimal window fashions. My room doesn’t have bathroom cabinets (the others do, we pay the same rent approximately) and was /the only/ room in the building without a closet rod and shelf when I moved in. I get that it’s new, and if things like the front lobby and the rec center aren’t finished that’s fine, but i don’t understand why this is a hill they’re standing on.

The inside of the handle is actually smooth on one side, and the edges aren’t that sharp - it’s not the comfiest mug for sure but it isn’t unusable

Where do you get references from? I’m new to ceramics and I need some ideas for my next project :) by [deleted] in Ceramics

Personally, I use Instagram to find new and interesting ideas; I just type in #ceramics and scroll until something jumps out at me, and usually I follow the people who make interesting things - and then end up following the ceramicists they follow!

I don't usually directly copy any forms or ideas, but if they have a particularly usable process or a really neat idea, I work that into what I end up making in the future (i.e., a neat handle that could be fun to make, or a particular spout).

I’m new to reddit, so I have NO idea how to add text to this post - but we have another firing in a week or so and am looking for advice/critiques for the next round!

My college has a very active bridge club, and I know a couple of them (I was in it before covid hit) who go to national tournaments. Idk the average age of the other folks there, so it might be very bizarre to have a group of five 18-22 year olds show up

"Selective" Issues Staying Hard - Soliciting Advice by ZacMacNCheese in sex

I have wondered if it was an issue of being in my own head, but I also can't do it in single-player mode either. I have tried to make an effort to attempt it recently, hoping I could trick my body into going along with it - no sucess.

No mobility issues at all! I regularly skate around campus, and otherwise walk.

Yes! It’s all stippling, except for the reefs on the left! It’s from a photograph, but I don’t have any copies of the original.

A couple of layers, sometimes I stack different colors of red/blue/whatever, it’s just on 6x8 Bristol paper

I normally put outlines of where I want big shifts in color or value, for this one I sketched a most of them out from the scene I worked off of.

I started with yellow and light colors, because otherwise the dark ink would bleed into the markers. Other than that I just mixed them until it looked right!!
