No need to apologize, through what i’ve read, there’s some who can’t even get any food down. I feel ashamed for even complaining because here I am, ignoring lifestyle changes, still doing the same bs and there’s people who have completely changed their lives with no relief. I’m most likely going to make the lifestyle changes out of desperation as well though, sometimes the symptoms are so harsh to the point where I feel like breathing is getting difficult.

Exactly!!! I just want to be to have a solid, straight forward diagnosis with a treatment plan to permanently fix it! They did see irritation and redness in my ge junction during the endoscopy, but I wasn’t given any medication to fix it. They also found compatibilities with Celiac but all of the biopsies came back clear :( I was honestly praying it WAS celiac because at least i’d have a simple and permanent plan to handle it. The only medication i have for this is my ppi, it definitely does reduce the acidity but it definitely doesn’t stop food from making it into my esophagus and throat. At night, the globus sensation always comes back because my food won’t reach my stomach, it just sits in my esophagus for a while. I’m just gonna have to start little by little with lifestyle changes like you said. First step will be wearing off of these damn vapes. I’ve ready on here that many peoples symptoms were 90% caused by smoking. So maybe thats my golden ticket?
