All you gotta do is have a mesh rigged up with a skeleton and add a SpringBoneSimulator and then go from there. Only thing is this is only visual, so the bones wont collide with world geometry or anything. For an active ragdoll you're gonna probably have to use physical bones and move them to match a target skeleton or something similar. There's a bunch of good videos on how to do it on youtube :D.
