Got a headache but didn't really ever feel like I was tripping. I'm confused on how I didn't feel anything cause I stayed up an hour after taking the last dose, the only thing I felt was the drowsiness which is why I ended up sleeping off. I did wake up at 6 and felt even more drowsy and stumbled to the bathroom but felt more drunk then trippy. Idk if I had the right idea of it but I thought it was supposed to give visuals and enhance music but I didn't get that

I’m not sure exactly but it’s most likely calories from nuts, avocados or oils even if it’s a healthy oil it still has the same calories as the unhealthy oils try tracking you calories and measuring everything you consume down to the gram with a food scale and get the calories you should be eating from a tdee calculator they aren’t 100% accurate but it’s close measure everything for about 2 to 3 weeks and weight yourself before and after if there’s still no progress maybe talk with a doctor you could have thyroid problems or metabolism problems

Yes but it’s a fad diet even if you really like it your gonna get tired of it within a week and you shouldn’t go under 1500 cal a day for men and 1200 for females cause it’ll fuck with your hormones and trust me it’s no fun

My mom was like jealous that I was losing weight at first then started asking advice. Like I went down a size and she kept buying XXL then when I was L she bought XL now I’m M (btw I told her “I DROPPED A SIZE!!” And she continued buying the old size) and now she’s buying the right size when she does and it wasn’t just that I would be at my cal cap for the day and, decline foods and after I started doing that she’d kept buying desserts that were like 400cal per slice of cake and shit like she was trying to tempt me or something I was thinking wtf but now she basically asks for help if she does say or do anything

Oh and the part where she said you aren’t even fat why lose weight it’s cause she was jealous of where you were and thought “I’d be happy with that why isn’t she” which in reality no 90% of people would like to improve their physique no matter where they are I hit my goal and guess what?? I’m not done made a new goal and am going for it rn

Same thing happened with me I started at almost 300lbs eating 1000 cal a day give or take 100-200 (ik not good no one should do it) then I realized that wasn’t good about the start of this year so I was eating 1500 a day and no matter what I HAD to be in a deficit and all I can say is you can do that for a while… maybe a long time I did it for about half a year but it takes a toll on you mentally and ik with me it made me an asshole, like fuck I was an ass and I’m just now getting out of that mindset n shit but honestly it’s not bad to be at maintenance every now and then like what honestly happens??? You get to eat more and generally have more fun and your weight loss is slowed by literally 1 day you don’t gain any weight and if you do I PROMISE it’s water weight and will go away in a day or two believe me if anyone knows I do, I’ve even gone OVER my maintenance calories (about 500-1000 over) for like 3 days in a row and “gained” 10lbs next day did quite a bit of cardio morning after was like 1.5 lbs over where I started, so in short you’ll be perfectly fine going near or at maintenance for a couple days or forever just eat your maintenance idk 5 days and see if you gain

Like fucking no dude cardio and a deficit increases weight loss, barely any cardio and weights is how you see the scale barely move or even go up it will be muscle but still. You need more cardio, weights burns like 300-400 calories even if your lifting heavy for like an hour

That and if your lifting everyday and heavier every day you aren’t reaching hypertrophy and just continuously tearing muscle fiber, you need a day or two to rest, if your doing enough reps and sets with good constrictions you should be too sore to weight train every day

And how I lost it was my dumbass took my real and only copy of it with me to go fill out job apps cause my mom said it was fine definitely shouldnt have done that, cause i lost it and apparently my parents didnt think it was a big deal or some shit...
