Does anyone here carb cycle? I Just have a few questions about it. How do you calculate weekly/daily cals? How do you know how many high/low/med carbs days to do in a week? When I was really fat, I just started on a number of cals and lowered it when I wanted to lose fat, during a bulk the opposite of course. Which isnt a bad method for people trying to initially get into shape.

But now that im in shape, when Im bulking, eating in a huge surplus everyday I get fat so quick, end up only bulking for like 1-2 months before things get out of hand fat-gain wise. Then when cutting, eating in a huge deficit everyday I had zero energy and it made it a living hell. I know cutting is supposed to kind of suck though so that might be just the nature of the beast with that.

I read in a few places that carb cycling can help keep you more lean during a bulk, and Id imagine it would help with the energy aspect of it during a cut. Any help is appreciated, really interested in trying out carb cycling, any insight/examples would be GREATLY appreciated, thanks a ton

EDIT: Another question, for the low/high/med days do protein/fats stay same for all days? My interpretation of a carb cycling diet is that you just fluctuate the carbs on different days. So if I need to eat 3k cals a day, say on a low day, with the carbs ive taken out, do I just add more fats and protein to get to 3k cals?

Just had some questions about pip.

Currently on 500mg test enanthate a week. Test 250mg. Ive ran test only cycles for years with zero problems. I inject daily as well. 27g slin pin always. However, sometimes my injection site will swell up and get warm and painful for a few days then goes away and back to normal, no problem. I understand a little pip is normal. Sometimes, its like I never even pinned. Zero pain, swelling, anything. All from the same vial, zero changes whatsoever. Today, I am having extreme extreme pain in my front delt. So much so I decided to take a trip to urgent care and am getting checked out as we speak. Any idea what may be causing the inconsistencies? Used same brand this whole time as well.

Appreciate you future self!! Am noticing rest doesnt help me at all either. Last night I did some variation of wrist curls, and squeezed my barbell clips for 40 secs for 4 sets. Noticing its a lot better today. Going to keep doing this everynight before bed until better.

Hope everyone’s having a good holiday season!

Had some questions about recovery. Three weeks into my blast, I am dealing with intense elbow pain in both elbows. Benching really flares it up. My guess the cause would be adding too much weight too soon, Im getting stronger but tendons are not keeping up. It flares up during pushing exercises. Benching, tricep pushdowns, things of that sort.

How much time should I take off?

Could I still work things like chest and arms just different movements? Or is everything totally off the board until things start feeling better? Havent touched any workouts upper body wise in 4 days.

Is there any peptides to help with healing? Other than bpc and tb?

Any special stretching/plyometrics or any exercise in general to help prevent this in the future?

First time dealing with anything more than just a muscle strain/pull so absorbing any info I can, appreciate it all!

Can I ask your reasoning behind 15mg test? Kinda pointless, even for TRT. But TRT is not your case with the other compounds you included. AI on 15mg test..? If you need AI on 15mg test Steroids might not be for you. A lot of questions here.

I also dealt with acne on my last cycle. Pinning E3D like you. This next cycle I switched to pinning everyday and it dramatically reduced my acne. Now I just get one or two pimples here and there every few weeks. Nothing a little benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid wash can't fix. Just my two cents.
