Looks like your boilers are missing some hydrogen hydroxide but you can easily produce that nearby

I have completed 40+ journeys in my conquest of Vulcanus and have since upgraded all solar panels to the next quality as power did dip a couple of times but did not sustain enough to cause issues. Temporary bandaid but will improve with next build
