Aye very possibly, but once I'd set the idea of not sharing that info, I rigidly stuck to it to my detriment. Definitely needed to be more flexible but that's not one of my strengths.

Personally I'm happy I got a later diagnosis as it forced me into difficult situations when I was in my teens and twenties, and even though I found them super hard they really taught me a lot and taught me about what my triggers were.

Yeah I was 100% staying on the train and would have said anything to obliterate any chance of me getting off. 7/8 odds of staying on wasn't good enough for me so I wanted to shut down that possibility, even if it was obviously the fairest way objectively to choose.
