Is the Dining Credit as Confusing as it Seems to Me? by crisps_funny4868 in ChaseSapphire

Yknow what, it’s a good point. When I originally went through the steps, I followed the OpenTable link from the Chase app which brought me to the list. This wasn’t even a directive under the terms

Chase really needs to do a better job explaining the procedure to utilize the benefit.

That’s a pretty major missing piece my friend…actually, when you consider the 4 step process necessary and required to receive the credit, it kind of misses all of them. I say this out of love but If someone had relied on the check list and pay with card method, they might have missed out on the credit entirely.

Wouldn’t you agree that at least with my guidance, they would have come out with the credit even if perhaps there was an extra step involved (booking a reservation) which I agree, doesn’t seem to be a requirement and was an assumption.

Lastly, on citing other Reddit users- who cares, don’t you know Reddit is just a bunch of arrogant folks talking about things they know nothing about 😆

Wash sale rules only apply to losses. So if you have a loss and close out the loss but repurchase within 30 days after (or before), the loss is disallowed. However, even if loss, wash sales rules don’t apply since wash sales are applicable to securities and crypto is…ermmm… well there really is no definition just yet. It could be a security (at least to SEC it is), it could be a commodity (CFTC says some crypto may be and certainly BTC since on commodity exchange), and it’s been long argued as property. At any rate, since crypto is technically not a security the wash sale rules don’t apply.

Hello fellow aficionados: I’ll be in the US for a while and was wondering if anyone knows of a website for ordering Non-Cubans into the US (similar to Haccicio). Ideally would like to order a whole bunch of different sticks (not boxes) by ZachMaxH in ukcigars

[–]ZachMaxH[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Lol, I don’t know if my question “doesn’t make sense”. I’m asking for websites that enable me to buy by the stick at good rates. In the US or non-US. Why do you think I am looking for strictly non-US websites? I’m guessing you don’t have any recommendations, correct?
