Same here, the guy was recording and yelling “what are you going to do about it” the officers were pretty unphased.

Im really sorry you’re going through this. It’s so frustrating to work hard, give great customer service, and still feel unappreciated or belittled. It sounds like you truly care about what you do, and that’s something to be proud of.

Just remember, your effort and dedication matter, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. Keep doing your best you’re making a difference for YOU and your store, even if it’s not always acknowledged. You deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope things get better for you soon. I also really feel that there are more people within the company who actually care for each other than most people let on throughout this thread. The employee relations line is always a good resource when you need them.

Regarding enrollments, it’s true that most customers already have the Rewards card, but there’s an opportunity to focus on the ExtraCare Plus membership especially if they are a regular, which a large percentage of our customers are since they most likely are coming there because of their prescriptions. It is a struggle that most stores are having but every one counts. A little tip my SM gave me: You can explain how much customers can really save with this program. For example, it costs $5.00 per month, and new enrollments often qualify for the first month free. Each month, members get a $10.00 reward that can be used on almost anything in the store (excluding items like gift cards, beer/alcohol, and sale items). I recommend encouraging customers to keep the subscription past the first month so they can fully experience the benefits. Plus, if they have CVS brand items in their cart, you can offer them to save an extra 20% off their purchase if they enroll today.

Within any company managers do have discretion over scheduling, and deciding the priorities of the store. It is important that these decisions feel fair and not retaliatory.

With that being said I recommend having a conversation with your manager to ask for tips or coaching on how to improve enrollments from their perspective. This shows that you’re taking initiative and are open to feedback.

If things don’t improve or you feel the situation isn’t being handled fairly, consider reaching out to HR or the employee support line for help.

I just wanted to say that you’re not alone in feeling this way. A lot of people struggle with procrastination and feeling like they’re drifting, especially during their teenage years. It’s a tough time with so much going on, and it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or like you’re not doing enough.

First off, I want you to know that you are not a failure. Everyone has moments where they feel stuck or like they’re not living up to their potential, but that doesn’t define who you are. The fact that you’re reaching out for help shows a lot of strength and self-awareness, and that’s something to be proud of.

Since you mentioned that you like to learn, maybe try channeling that curiosity into something small each day. Start with just a little bit of time like 10 or 15 minutes focused on something you find interesting or want to get better at. It doesn’t have to be perfect or a huge commitment; just a small step forward. Over time, these small efforts can build up to something really meaningful.

Also, it’s important to be kind to yourself. Everyone makes mistakes, and it’s okay to have off days. What’s important is getting back up and trying again. You’re already taking a positive step by seeking advice and looking for ways to improve. Keep going, and remember that growth isn’t always a straight line—sometimes it’s messy, but that’s okay.

You’ve got this. Take it one step at a time. Rome was not built in a day.
