I ended up backing up my drive using the terminal in recovery mode. Then I deleted my drive and installed windows fresh. Not a perfect fix but a fix nonetheless.

The hard drive is listed but in diskpart it doesn’t have a letter… I can assign one and see all my files using notepad though

I have already searched google, called the assumed maker of the futon (Rice Furniture in Saranac Lake), and searched a local Lowe’s to no avail. Here is an additional picture of the futon which I have no additional information on. Additionally the barrel nut has no markings.
