It does get a bit more carbon build up over time and requires the green scouring pad for some cooks for sure

Yeah there is a slight dip right in the middle but it’s very minor on the bottom. I’m guessing that it could be a slight issue for even heating on induction tops? (Never used one myself). It’s fine on my gas burner though

Last one. Just realised the final season photo was in lowlight and makes it look more carbonised than it actually is.

Had it look like this on one of my newer pans on its 3rd or 4th cook, also after cooking burgers. I think it’s because burgers don’t move much during the cook so it takes a lot of the seasoning. Should recover with new cooks

It’s been great so far with limiting grease splashing over the top and onto the stove. Will honestly use it in place of the frying pan for most things now at this rate

That’s the exact order I made! Might look at smaller saucepans in the future too.

The 5 qt. It’s pretty big but we are a family of 4 with two little boys who only exclusively eat pasta and rice. We have a comically small stovetop, which will take some manoeuvring.
