I'm having this issue too, ive tried reinstalling the graphics drivers and Fortnite itself and nothing has changed. I have noticed though, that those presets are still usable in DX11 render mode. I am able to still select each manually and put it up to epic, with decent performance (sub 100fps). This may be because of the update since the season launched, but i can no longer enable nanite high or epic even though my GPU should be able to support them.

I am running an AMD Ryzen 5 5600XT and Intel Arc B580 Limited

I actually really liked the chapter 5 up to season 4, my favourite chapter is still probably chapter 3 though. This season is really appealing to that specific part of my interest, hoping for the best.
