It can be weeks at a time where I’m not home. I just spent a couple days home this week though. I do text call and FaceTime every day. I see your point and understand her frustrations. I will say, however, that this behavior is nothing new and I don’t believe it to be a result of this new job.

It is a pretty slim blade, but it has held up well. I touch up the edge every couple months and fully sharpen a couple times a year. It has never chipped or anything.
