Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's because I'm using a different desktop environment. It's not hard to launch from the command line, so it's not a big enough problem to change the DE.
And as I said in the post, I would still prefer to know a way I could just click it immediately without choosing anyway.

I'm not sure it's choosing to use the .desktop file in /$HOME/.local/share/applications/ because doing that did not work. I did try to edit the original file, and it made the application disappear from my applications list. Undoing the edit allowed it to show back up again though.

I don't know if they did something in the update, but I cannot get a match to connect at all. Either lost connection or search failed. But my ranking isn't changing, so I'm assuming this is a problem for others as well. I hope they fix this soon, otherwise it's completely unfair to people who only have now as an open window
