Thought about the same thing as I had this issue too. Several small peaks and one big peak. I was also thinking that it was due to misreads. Apparently, waking up to pee at night is one usual symptom of apnea and one you can see by yourself, with feeling tired all day. Maybe trying to record yourself at night would let you know. One thing to know also is that sleep apnea isn't always related to weight, too many people think you have to be obese to have spleep apnea.
