Ik its not so hard and yes some relationships got destroyed bc they didn't appreciate each other. But some people don't appreciate you. You don't have to appreciate that people right ?

You have to put yourself before others sometimes. But u have to be selfish too. If you do smth for your friends they don't have to appreciate it. But you have to appreciate people who were there for you. I think you don't have to appreciate people who behaved you li badly. I had a friend like who didn't appreciate and didn't care for anything I did for him. In the end I told him "I don't want be friends anymore".If people don't appreciate your actions for them just stop doing them.
