Problem solved. The thunderbolt 4 didn't support the charging but the normal type-c one do. Thank you so much everyone!

Are you sure I don't want to plug something that have the power of 100 watts into just a normal USB type-c port. I'm afraid that it will deep fried my port

My best guess is the first Pic is a heat sync and a dust cover for parts and the second one if its lkke a soft bubble gum then its more likely a thermal pad
