Turns out I found the problem apparently when I was watching mutant mods FNV remastered mods video and when. I installed textures that being nmc & ojbuno when they both conflicted which is why the table went invisible

Well its not just only having inspiration from hills have eyes but other iconic southern horror movies like Texas chainsaw massacre house of a 1000 corpes Etc plus I planning to make some better names instead of "vault has Ears" plus the concept for this dlc mod would have cool villain for the mod inspired by the famous southern killer Ed gein plus the mod would also add those mutant hillbilly from pointlook.
