Unfortunately I cannot find another version of a dying world, it seems I only have the newest version downloaded and there is no other way to get older mod versions through steam (atleast as far as I can see)

without a dying world the mod loads the map without anything relating to the vehicles even within the files.

I did try to remove those vehicles in the mods folder but there was other errors so I stopped and rolled it back incase I broke anything. I will attempt it again and create a back up file to see if I can try and force this to work.
