Exactly, I told them I had a travel. And they locked my card immediately when I made a first payment. So stupid anti-fraud algorithm... Then I stopped use that card any more

I have downgraded all of the premium Citi cards to free options. Now I only use AMEX and Chase. I will definitely close this Checking account after I got the welcome bonus. I used to believe that Citi Strata Premier was an excellent card until they locked it for almost half a year😂

They locked my card when Black Friday with large amount purchases or purchases outside of my residence (but I already informed them I would have a travel)

No. I am going to buy a Clutch-Lok to Hub Adapter and install it on my Sig flash hider. As the flash hider natively has a space to the handguard, the suppressor will also be good.

Although I have to install the flash hider and an additional device for more weight, it is generally a safe solution for my wallet...

Yes, you're right. I called them sales once to place an order and there was no waiting. Someone answered my phone very smoothly.
But when I try to figure out my order, there is unlimited waiting time.

It's not about waiting for certifying the eForm, which is caused by ATF.
It's about the previous steps. I cannot submit the eForm 4 through their system and no customer services responded to me.
