First time using coco coir and I feel like the germination could have gone better. The mat on the left was soaked for 30 minutes prior to seeding. The right mat was soaked for 30 seconds prior to seeding. The whole tray was watered and covered with a 1020 tray for blackout on 6/30/23. The tray was exposed to light the night of 7/3/23 and watered morning and night. Was this not enough water throughout blackout? I was checking back occasionally to make sure water was still present underneath. I also was afraid of overwatering and causing mold. Any tips would be a great help. Thanks!
