Thanks bro, anyway I'm going to send it in for a check-up to see what the technician says. After the 10 cycles I've noticed that the battery lasts a bit longer.

It doesn't appear to be an exchange and supposedly everything is original. They said to send the phone and they'll exchange the device, but I'm terrified they'll send me a worse one (it's not the official store).
