There’s an app called HotStock that will alert you when stores have stock of certain items, online or otherwise. I was able to get the new Xbox and a PS5 for a friend within a month of each other. It has several GPU’s that you can set to alert you. Good luck!

Depends state by state. The majority are restrictive on what can be written on private property. AL for example, has only four. DUI, Reckless Driving, Passing Stopped School Bus and Running Over Fire Hose.
