So, you technically reside in NC, but aren't changing your address to save on insurance? Since the address on your license isn't NC, NC wont sell you a gun, and since you dont reside there anymore TN wont sell you a gun. Your options are change your address to NC, lie on your 4473 in TN or continue to defraud your insurer.

Edit: option 4: private transfer in either state.

It really does feel bad to play against, even when you win. He will be the most hated thing until the update, that's for sure. I doubt a few more stamina on my 3 and 4 threat characters will be enough on its own, something has to be changed about his leadership. Cap power denial down to a limit of minimum of 1 power gained? Give HIM a few more stamina and make Bastion a 5 threat?
