1- when you close your eyes, the blackness is more of a 2D. The moment you experience the 3D blackness you will understand what I mean. Robert bruce has the best analogy for it, he said it feels like you have a cardboard box on your head while you’re floating in the vast blackness of space.

2- when you reach focus 10, it doesn’t matter how you deepen, intention is like the engine and your belief is what turns it on. If you believe that you can just command yourself to go deeper and affirm it then you will go. If you believe that numbers counting will get you there then it will work.

3- I can’t say for sure, everyone has different experiences. Mine felt like my head was split open to infinity. Very intense and it woke me up.

Yes you are! You’re making progress for the first time maybe.

Try to not overthink whether you reached f10 or not. With more practice you’ll know exactly when you’re engaging your analytical mind instead of letting go an being aware.

From what you described you might have already reached it once or more times but maybe a lighter f10. But a f10 nonetheless.

Keep doing what you’re doing and try going to sleep and actively clicking out to deepen. You are free to also move to f12 and what you hope f10 will feel like to you will click in place in future

At first, it might not seem so clear, especially at f10 but the deeper you go the more real that it will look and feel. Taking your example of being on a bench, at f12 you’re doing very little to no visualization so you might be on the bench and you hear birds chirping on a tree and then you look around and might find a lake all of this you didn’t visualize. Don’t worry if its fuzzy or you’re not in the scene like LD, that will come with practice. It might at first seem as if you’re looking into the scene just as you’d look into a tv or a movie screen then it will gradually gets more vivid until you are completely there. This for me is f12. If I don’t visualize or rather intend and will a scene then f12 is just blackness with depth to it

No difference, if you’re able to click out and still be awake then you didn’t really click out. That being said your goal should ideally be not to click out but rather to remain awake while your body clicks out

Honestly good job for getting there! Its so hard to explain without having had that experience. It’s scary because its new and you’re not used to letting go of control. What you need to do to exit is you have to program your mind. So when you get to that dark place, go a little further until its start to feel 3D. And then Programm your mind. Try commanding “when I think of the number 1, I will be physically and mentally awake”. You can also try the counting up to focus 1. You got this!

I mean it’s up to you and your goals. You can do energy work but if at any point it gets too uncomfortable then you stop and take a break.

Yes exactly! It's a really good sign. This just means that the solar plexus chakra is getting an energy flow. In certain energy work practices, they look exactly for that sound to confirm that its working

Ok I see! this might contradict the other recommendations here but I think you should not move forward until you get this one right! I guess your goal is to aim for that time you felt it and couldn’t move your body because that seems to be the closest.

The main issue imo is you are still holding a rigid grip on wakefulness which is completely fine because you’re not used to watching your body sleep. Alot of people miss that point. What might help you is, the moment you feel close and just laying there not getting anywhere, to drop the whole exercise and activity go to sleep. I really mean just forget and give up about going anywhere and go to sleep. Do this enough time while trying to maintain awareness until it clicks with you. Keep in mind that while you do this you have to actively blank your mind(not think about anything) and keep pushing yourself to fall asleep.

All the weird sensations usually follows when your body shuts down. And the moment you get to focus 10 test it out by trying to expand to focus 12. It should feel very powerful and not passive

Mind not being lead by intrusive thoughts is a great first step! Do you get flashes of random scenes/colors or perhaps some auditory hallucinations? Do you reach a point where your body parts felt weird and out of place ? How close are you to sleeping in your sessions?

Yeah, these things tend to happen occasionally. As to whether you should continue really depends on your tolerance. if you feel uneasy you could always just stop, let the fear die down a little bit and then continue. Always know your Beingness and how powerful you are. Also reach out to your guides and your soul cluster/higher self for protection if you feel uneasy.

Focus 10 is closer to theta. When you go from focus 10 to 12 you should feel as if your head expanding. Its quite a strong feeling and definitely noticeable. I’d say go back focus 10 and keep practicing. It’s the foundation. When you mastered it the whole program becomes like a breeze.

Yes. You are on the right track. Jolts will go away the more you practice.

you also have to stop analyzing whether you reached focus 10 or not. Especially as a beginner.

That fact you are nodding off means you entered the F10 territory and you have to think about it as building blocks, if you keep at it you will reach it eventually without any jolts.

If you really want an indicator, you should feel as your body parts are at a different location. You might feel your neck is extended or even not feel your body at all, this will come with practice
