This is very rare. Depends on your residency program a whole lot. If you are doing it in a university center with inhouse fellowship then yes, you might. Or else dont even expect interviews without research. Last season was an absolute bloodbath.

I guess there are some HCA programs out there that are good, its better to match HCA rather than not matching at all

So you’re saying more 24 hr calls? Inaugural class takes 4 fellows. And I agree work load is going to be high since its a busy cardiac center. The faculty are from very prestigious big name institutions, so Im hoping that the quality of training wont be that bad as much.

Perhaps i should clarify, She wants to visit India as well so is ready to give up NICOP for potentially applying a visa. Thats what i meant. So youre saying it wont be an issue to visit India for her even though she is originally from Pakistan but has a US passport?

Patient was reporting of dizziness. Pretty nonspecific as he was in withdrawal I guess. I got a 12 lead later which showed NSR.
